Vegetable Cheese Grilled Sandwich



Ingredients -


  • Sandwich bread - 1 packet
  • Butter - 50 gms
  • Green chutney - 1 cup
  • Tomato - 1 cup (chopped finely)
  • Boiled potato - 1 cup (chopped finely)
  • Cucumber - 1 cup (chopped finely)
  • Capsicum - 1 cup (chopped finely)
  • Cabbage - 1 cup (chopped finely)
  • Cheese - 50 gms
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Chat masala - 1 tsp
  • Sandwich masala - 1 tsp

For green chutney:
  • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilli - 1-2
  • salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup



Procedure -


For green chutney:
  • Put all ingredients in a mixer jar and grind it. 
  • Add water to adjust consistency. Keep aside.

For masala:
  • Mix all vegetables in a bowl along with salt, pepper powder and chat masala.

For Assembling:
  • Cut out the edges of each bread slice. Apply butter and green chutney on each slice and keep aside.
  • Take a bread slice, put grated cheese over this slice and sprinkle sandwich masala.
  • Now place another slice over this, then put the vegetable mixture and again place a slice on top.
  • Gently place this sandwich in a grill until done.
  • Serve along with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
