Chicken Roast Masala



Ingredients -


  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Cardamom - 3
  • Cloves - 8
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Dalchini - 2 sticks
  • Onions - 3 (chopped)
  • Green chillies - 5-6
  • Coriander leaves - 3 tsp
  • Mint leaves - 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 2 tsp
  • Tomato puree - 1 bowl
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red color - as needed
  • Tandoori chicken masala - 2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tsp
  • Water - 1 glass



Procedure -


  • Heat oil in Kadhai, add all the whole spices, when they splutter, add onions, green chillies, curry leaves, mint leaves and coriander leaves. 
  • Fry till transparent. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, curd, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, salt and red color. 
  • Now add chicken and cook until it tenders. Then add tandoori masala and all sauces and simmer for 10 minutes. 
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or zeera rice.
