Stuffed Cauliflower Puris



Ingredients - 


For Dough:
  • Wheat flour - 3 cups
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1 glass

For Stuffing:
  • Cauliflower - 2 cups (finely grated)
  • Fresh coconut - 3/4 cup (grated)
  • Roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Green chillies - 4-5 (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Cheese - 1 cube



Procedure -


For Puris:
  • Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough adding water.
  • Roll out into small puris and keep aside.

For Stuffing:
  • Mix all the ingredients well. 
  • Now take one puri and place a little mixture on this. Cover this puri with another puri and stick the edges thoroughly. 
  • Repeat with all the remaining puris. 
  • Deep fry each puri in oil.
  • Serve hot with tamarind jaggery chutney.
