Pineapple Suji Halwa



Ingredients - 


  • Pineapple tin - 1/2
  • Suji - 2 cups
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Pineapple essence - 1 tsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Khoya - 150 gms
  • Dry fruits (chopped) - 1/2 cup



Procedure -


  • Chop the pineapple into small pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat ghee, add suji and cook on slow flame until pink, then add milk, water, sugar, pineapple esssence, pineapple pieces and khoya. 
  • Cook until dry. 
  • Add choppped dry fruits.
  • Garnish with pineapple pieces and dry fruits.
