Pav Bhaji Rice


Ingredients -


  • Rice - 1 cup (cooked)
  • Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomatoes - 2 (finely chopped)
  • Carrot - 1/2 (chopped into small cubes)
  • Peas - 1/2 cup (coarsely mashed)
  • Capsicum - 1/2 cup
  • corriander leaves - 3 tsp
  • Ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Pav bhaji masala - 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Oil - 2 tsp

Procedure -


  • Heat oil in a pan and to it add onion, ginger garlic paste and stir for 2 mins.
  • Now add tomatoes, carrot,peas, capsicum, pav bhaji masala, chilli powder, salt and a little water. Then add the cooked rice to it and simmer for 3 minutes. Now add the coriander leaves and cook until dry. 
  • Sprinkle lemon juice and mix well.
